Buffet Breakfast.
10.00 1st lesson followed by Sunday lunch. Afternoon free. Evening stroll
through the historical centre of Locorotondo, dinner in a pizzeria.
Day 3 Monday
Buffet Breakfast.
Visit to the local winery, wine tasting with light lunch.
16.00 2nd lesson followed by dinner.

4 Tuesday
Buffet Breakfast.
Visit to Alberobello light lunch in a typical foccaceria and visit to a local pasta producer.
16.00 3rd lesson followed by dinner.

5 Wednesday
Buffet Breakfast.
Visit to a local olive oil press, olive oil tasting, visit to a Cheese
factory, cheese tasting with light lunch.
16.00 4th lesson followed by dinner.
Day
6 Thursday
Buffet Breakfast.
Visit to Castel del Monte and winery, wine tasting and light lunch. Visit
of Trani Cathedral.
(This may be at another place eg. The Grottoes of Castellana )
Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 7 Friday
Buffet Breakfast.
Shopping in the local market. Light lunch in Locorotondo.
16.00 5th lesson followed by dinner.
Day
8 Saturday
Buffet Breakfast,
departure.
The course
will be held by Mino Maggi and/or his sister Annunziata (Zia)
They will prepare the traditional recipes handed down by their mother
using the original earthenware pots and cooking techniques of long ago.
Most of the fresh produce will be grown in Mino’s garden, we hope!!
However everything will be local and seasonal.
